We are delighted that you have made your first appointment. Please remember to bring your medical card to register on your first visit.
On your first visit, our Reception staff will make you feel most welcome and your visit will entail the following:
- You will be asked to provide contact details and complete a confidential medical questionnaire in preparation for your dental examination;
- The Receptionist will then introduce you to one of our friendly Dentists.
- The Dentist will review the medical questionnaire and discuss with you any dental concerns that you may have and whether you are happy with your smile;
- The Dentist will examine your teeth, gums and mouth and take x-rays as appropriate. The Dentist is looking at the overall health of the teeth, the stability of existing restorative dental work, plaque, toothwear, oral cancer etc;
- On completion of the examination the Dentist will be able to complete a treatment plan that will be discussed in detail with you.
